Kevin Benson joined Allison MacKenzie in 2017. Born and raised in Carson City, Kevin graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2001 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Biology. He then obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004. Dedicated to the serving Nevadans, Kevin returned to Carson City to practice law with the State of Nevada Attorney General’s office where he rose to the positon of Senior Deputy Attorney General before entering private practice in 2015. Kevin focuses his practice on civil litigation, appeals, election law, and initiative petitions.
