Will Wagner joined Allison MacKenzie in 2016. He is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and was admitted to practice in Nevada in 2015, California in 2016, and Arizona in 2017.

A native of northern Nevada, Will graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno prior to attending law school. While at law school, Will served as the Editor-in-Chief of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, an American Bar Association affiliated journal, and worked in a Fortune 100 company’s Law and Contract Department.   He also was a legal extern in Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s Office of General Counsel, and held judicial externships on the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court in Arizona. Dedicated to serving the northern Nevada community, Will returned to the area and began his legal career as a law clerk for Justice James W. Hardesty at the Supreme Court of Nevada. His desire to practice law in a variety of civil areas, including business, real estate, appellate, and regulatory areas, led Will to his career at Allison MacKenzie.
