Who We Are

Founded out of the firm known as Laxalt, Berry & Allison, the firm’s original roots go back over 50 years. Through our team of 16 attorneys, our firm serves a large number of clients without sacrificing the personal relationship of attorney and client. Our attorneys work with variety of clients on a local, statewide, and national level for many years—and our general practices are complimented by attorneys with specific areas of legal expertise.

Our Services

We provide our clients with a diversity of legal experience. Our clients include substantial corporate firms, insurance companies, gaming establishments, major project developers, public utilities, regulatory agencies and individuals. Though our office is in Carson City, our work spans across the Silver State.
